Matt Weber, PE
Lead Engineer & Founder
Matt is the brains behind the operation, combining 12+ years of engineering know-how with a passion for building strong, safe homes. As our Engineer, Matt is hands-on from start to finish, ensuring every project is both functional and top-notch. His attention to detail and commitment to quality are the foundation of our business and to your project.
Outside of work, you’ll find Matt racking up ski days at A-Basin, mountain biking, or working on his own home with his beloved girlfriend and dogs. He believes in creating structures that stand the test of time and make life better for those who live in them.

Chris Weber
Office Manager
As our Office Manager, Chris keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From scheduling initial site visits to final billing, his organizational skills and calm demeanor make him the backbone of the team.
As a passionate Arsenal fan and sports enthusiast, you’ll find Chris enjoying his time outside of work enjoying all that Denver has to offer or relaxing on the couch with a good game on.

Zuma Weber
Mascot & Canine Consultant
Zuma came on board in 2021 and has been boosting team spirit ever since. As our resident black lab and Canine Consultant, she’s an expert in stress relief and jobsite joy.
Zuma brings steady paws and positive energy wherever she goes. When she’s not hard at work, you’ll find her hiking trails, sneaking snacks, or napping under a desk.
